1. Giới thiệu địa chất công trình:
Công trình CHUNG CƯ 348 BẾN VÂN ĐỒN có khối lượng khảo sát gồm 3 hố khoan nằm trong khoảng diện tích xây dựng, các hố khoan khảo sát được bố trí ở giữa
Các hố khoan: HK1, HK2 ,HK3 có chiều sâu khoan là 48m, lấy mẫu 24 lần
Tổng số mét khoan: 144m
Tổng số mẫu lấy thí nghiệm: 72 mẫu
Mô tả cấu tạo nền:
_ Lớp 1 :
Sét pha cát lẩn sỏi sạn laterite , màu nâu đỏ / màu vàng đốm trắng , độ dẽo trung bình , trạng thái dẽo mềm :có bề dày HK1 = 2.6m và HK2 = 2.5m , HK3 = 2.5m
Với các tính chất cơ lý đặt trưng như sau:
Độ ẩm : W = 23.2 %
Dung trọng tự nhiên : gw = 1.903 g/cm³
Dung trọng đẩy nổi : g’ = 0.969 g/cm³
Lực dính đơn vị : c = 0.128 KG/cm²
Góc ma sát trong : j = 14o

1. Giôùi thieäu ñòa chaát coâng trình:
Coâng trình CHUNG CÖ 348 BEÁN VAÂN ÑOÀN coù khoái löôïng khaûo saùt goàm 3 hoá khoan naèm trong khoaûng dieän tích xaây döïng, caùc hoá khoan khaûo saùt ñöôïc boá trí ôû giöõa
Caùc hoá khoan: HK1, HK2 ,HK3 coù chieàu saâu khoan laø 48m, laáy maãu 24 laàn
Toång soá meùt khoan: 144m
Toång soá maãu laáy thí nghieäm: 72 maãu
Moâ taû caáu taïo neàn:
_ Lôùp 1 :
Seùt pha caùt laån soûi saïn laterite , maøu naâu ñoû / maøu vaøng ñoám traéng , ñoä deõo trung bình , traïng thaùi deõo meàm :coù beà daøy HK1 = 2.6m vaø HK2 = 2.5m , HK3 = 2.5m
Vôùi caùc tính chaát cô lyù ñaët tröng nhö sau:
Ñoä aåm : W = 23.2 %
Dung troïng töï nhieân : gw = 1.903 g/cm³
Dung troïng ñaåy noåi : g’ = 0.969 g/cm³
Löïc dính ñôn vò : c = 0.128 KG/cm²
Goùc ma saùt trong : j = 14o
_ Lôùp 2 :
Seùt pha caùt maøu xaùm traéng /maøu vaøng naâu ñoû nhaït ñoä deõo trung bình ,traïng thaùi deõo cöùng,coù beà daøy taïi HK1 = 9.9m ,KH2 = 11m ,KH3 = 9.8m
Vôùi caùc tính chaát cô lyù ñaët tröng nhö sau:
Ñoä aåm : W = 23.3 %
Dung troïng töï nhieân : gw = 1.912 g/cm³
Dung troïng ñaåy noåi : g’ = 0.972 g/cm³
Löïc dính ñôn vò : c = 0.143 KG/cm²
Goùc ma saùt trong : j = 13o
Söùc chòu neùn ñôn : Qu = 1.262KG/cm2
_ Lôùp 3:
Caùt vöøa ñeán mòn laãn boät vaø ít saïn nhoû maøu naâu vaøng nhaït ñeán naâu ñoû nhaït traïng thaùi bôøi rôøi ñeán chaët vöøa , goàm 2 lôùp .
Lôùp 3a:
Traïng thaùi bôøi rôøi coù beà daøy taïi HK1 =19.1m, KH2 = 18m , KH3 = 17.1m
Vôùi caùc tính chaát cô lyù ñaët tröng nhö sau:
Ñoä aåm : W = 26.3 %
Dung troïng töï nhieân : gw = 1.865 g/cm³
Dung troïng ñaåy noåi : g’ = 0.923 g/cm³
Löïc dính ñôn vò : c = 0.024 KG/cm²
Goùc ma saùt trong : j = 26.45o
Lôùp 3b:
Traïng thaùi chaët vöùa , coù beà daøy taïi KH1 =7.0m HK2 = 8.5m, KH3 = 9m
Vôùi caùc tính chaát cô lyù ñaët tröng nhö sau:
Ñoä aåm : W = 21.1 %
Dung troïng töï nhieân : gw = 1.930 g/cm³
Dung troïng ñaåy noåi : g’ = 0.988 g/cm³
Löïc dính ñôn vò : c = 0.029 KG/cm²
Goùc ma saùt trong : j = 29.30o
_ Lôùp 4:
Seùt laãn boät vaân caùt buïi , maøu naâu vaøng nhaït ñeán naâu ñoû nhaïtvaân xaùm traéng ñoä deõo cao,traïng thaùi nöõa cöùng coù beà daøy tai KH1 vaø KH 3 = 9.9m , KH2 = 8.m
Vôùi caùc tính chaát cô lyù ñaët tröng nhö sau:
Ñoä aåm : W = 26.6 %
Dung troïng töï nhieân : gw = 1.959 g/cm³
Dung troïng ñaåy noåi : g’ = 0.972 g/cm³
Löïc dính ñôn vò : c = 0.285 KG/cm²
Goùc ma saùt trong : j = 15.15o
Söùc chòu neùn ñôn : Qu = 2.079 KG/cm2

2 Thoáng keâ caùc chæ tieâu vaät lyù:
_ Böôùc 1: Taäp hôïp soá lieäu cuûa 1 lôùp ñaát ôû taát caû caùc hoá khoan
_ Böôùc 2: tính giaù trò trung bình
Atb = Ai : laø caùc chæ tieâu vaät lyù

_ Böôùc 3 : loaïi boû sai soá Ai neáu >= v
v : heä soá phuï thuoäc vaøo n

2.6. Phaân tích löa choïn phöông aùn moùng:
Vôùi soá lieäu ñòa chaát ñöôïc thoáng keâ nhö treân, caùc phöông aùn moùng coù theå thieát keá ñöôïc laø moùng saâu:
_ Moùng coïc ñoùng: khoâng duøng ñöôïc trong khu vöïa xaây chen
_ Moùng coïc eùp BTCT
_ Moùng coïc khoan nhoài BTCT
2.6.1 Moùng coïc eùp BTCT:
Öu :
Coù tính kieåm tra cao:deã daøng kieåm tra khi eùp, khe nöùt, ñoå beâtoâng coïc
Khoâng gaây chaán ñoäng vaaâø tieáng oàn khi thi coâng
Khuyeát :
Khoù eùp coïc qua lôùp caùt, lôùp ñaát cöùng
Löïc eùp bò giôùi haïn do söùc chòu taûi cuûa coïc
Chieàu daøi coïc lôùn thì phaûi noái nhieàu ñoaïn
